Visitors’ Centre with an exhibition on the town’s history and a community garden
A very well-preserved old town with the town hall, market square, goat and horse markets, church square and strikingly colourful half-timbered houses
the Protestant parish church of St Mary’s on the site of the former Slavic temple hill: this three-nave brick building, dating from the mid-13th century, is one of the earliest Gothic hall churches in Mecklenburg.
The Gothic town church of St Nicolai was consecrated around 1280. The choir stalls (dating from 1519), which are well worth seeing, come from the former Dominican monastery in Röbel.
The former synagogue in Röbel/Müritz is one of the few surviving half-timbered synagogues in Mecklenburg and houses an exhibition on the Jewish history of Mecklenburg.
